My name is Caroline and Rites of Aster is the home for my practice as a felt sense practitioner, ritualist + herbalist.
I’ve spent over a decade studying somatic practice + trauma-informed care through a politicized lens. With the help of my teachers + co-conspirators, I’ve been pulling at the threads of what wounding and healing often entails. I’ve started to weave together an ever broadening tapestry of offerings that are rooted in the plants, places and people we call home.
My deep dive and dedication to learning within the world of embodied inquiry has brought me to plants, ecology and ancestral lineage has a potent North Star for addressing the type of deeply grooved trauma patterns that I see so often my people and in our collective over-culture.
